WiFi and Broadband Connection- good
I have completed the broadband and WiFi test several times but our tv keeps buffering and so do our phones in some cases we can not get the apps to work at all.
Someone said our top box and router are old and we need the newer model. But I do not know how to contact sky to get this all sorted.

Everything possibly is good to the hub however connecting to another device via wifi isn't tested by the MySky app.
Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot to see if a channel scan and change can help.
Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
