Powercut

Since two power cuts in GU21 postcode area can't restart sky broadband router showing red light ?

@Powercut-GU21 Run the service checker to see if any known area faults, may take a little time for those to show in the app if just a recent outage.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

@Powercut-GU21 power cuts are frequently combined with a powercsurge which can damage electronic equipment like Sky hubs. If the hub still wont connect call Sky so they can sort the issue out.
