Poor wi fi in some rooms

In 3 of the 6 rooms in my house I am getting download speeds of 495 Mbps, and download speeds of 495 Mbps. I'm the other 3 rooms it's 33.8 Mbps download, and 24.5 Mbps upload. This hasn't changed since I joined Sky 15, days ago. Trying to request a wi fi booster, but the chat line just shuts down when I request it

@ChrisAnge3 You can only get a booster from sky when you call them, Chat is NOT going to work, a call is required, test's have to be done when on the call so that's the only way to do it!

Thanks for that info. It's probably me, but I can't  see anywhere on the app that lets me speak to someone from Sky

@ChrisAnge3 Got no idea, never used the app, never will! If there is a help on it somewhere you may find a contact number otherwise it's a look on the sky web site, number to call is not allowed to be posted in this Forum! Goto this link and click the link you see, call us and the number will pop up post 5 of 5!
