Connection to Internet dropping out

Sky Q box connection to Internet keeps dropping out & doesn't stay connected. Another Mini Q box also looses connection & I have to reboot it to connect again. Both worked fine until we had new Internet installed & have had issues on & off since then. I thought it you'd be better but doesn't seem any faster than previous broadband. Thanks Julie

@Juliesevans Always connected for TV package and BB from sky? if so and you are needing Forum information then you also need to say what you have got! If you need/want sky then it's a call to them for sorting!
