Our guaranteed download speed is saying it's meant to be 40.5mb/s but over the last 30 days it's showing as the highest being 24.4mb/s. Is there anything I can do to improve this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Voldetort you can check what speeds Sky think you are getting by running the connection test in the My Sky app which will show the test results going back a few weeks. If thecapp thinks there is a ptroblem it can book an engineer.
