Poor Wi-Fi - very slow and constantly buffering to a point where I cannot do my coursework anymore

Can no longer use Wi-Fi for my coursework as it's very slow and constantly buffers they samewhen I'm trying to watch something on Netflix. You have tested everything and you say it's all good but it really isn't. As a result of this I am falling behind with a course that I purchased as it's taking too long to respond to anything. It has always been fine but not anymore-please help

@AnnieD4 you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum which is primarily a customer to customer channel. Have you run the connection test in the My Sky app to check that the speed to your hub is correct - it can show you spedds going back a few weeks and can book an engineer if it finds a line fault.

However if the wifi in your home is slow check your hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface well above obstructions like radiators etc. WiFi signal strength in your home is affected by the layout, type of construction and level of interference so are largely outside Sky's control. You can buy add-on packages from them which will provide boosters if you require them or can buy third party kit if you prefer.
