Poor connection

Hello 

Since I moved from Virgin to Sky I have continual drop outs on my various devices such as Amazon Alexa and the like. The connection feels very poor and inconsistent (and therefore disappointing.)

We can't even easily open e-mails most mornings.

My private signal tracker says poor connection but Skys says good connection.

I feel doubtful as the reality is I can't get things to consistently work now. Reluctantly I am thinking of leaving Sky Broadband as its not working well for me.

Is there any suggestions on how to improve before I do?
