Landline and broadband down

Both my landline and broadband went down 20 minutes ago.

Have you run the line test in the My Sky app?

Were there any changes to your setup locally? Any cables been damaged from your phone socket/ONT?

I was working and it just went dead. Nothing moved or changed.  I tired to call and landline also dead

Okay so you either need to call Sky using your mobile to report the fault or we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with an advisor. However the chat is not instant they may have finished work for the day by now so I would recommend calling to get your fault logged quicker.
