Hi
I have a standard 3 bed Semi, new build, due to where all the equipment is have to have the router in the hallway by the entrance door, this means the wifi struggles in the back room. I have a printer, sky puck and alexa in the backroom, the printer is constantly having to be rebooted to regain connection, the sky puck is sometimes ok but frequently struggles to show live TV. I am at work through the daytime so am not available at home to try this and try that, and am really stuggling to talk to someone about the issue, all the links to test and escalate just keep sending me around in circles. I have the latest hub and broadband Max with wall to wall, I obviously need an extender, but am struggling to speak to someone to get one, how do I get to speak to the right people?
Thanks

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
On the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number for Ireland.
Say 'technical' when prompted, stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Have spoken to them and they are sorting, thanks again.
