Poor WiFi speed

I recently upgraded from Sky 150MB fibre to Sky 300mb fibre. Since then speed on my WiFi connected devices has been very poor. Download speeds of <10mbps. My phone for example is currently showing 11mbps. This is even when sat right next to the router. According to MySky, the input from the road is 313Mbps so there must be some issue in the house. We also have a Sky WiFi extender upstairs.

Thank you. Switching off the Sky Q box and router a couple of times seems to have fixed the issue
