Internet connection drops

I have recently switched from by to sky broadband. When connected the speed is good and everything OK but the connection drops frequently. At least 6 times a day. When I do a test on here sometimes is shows as ok sometimes not.

@MMPPRR ifvthe hub indicates thst it has lost connection to the internet (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) and the onlinectest does not tell you Sky arexslready aware of the issue call them somthey can het it checked out.
