Wifi connection dropped

Wifi connection has randomly dropped and internet green light is not displaying on router

@Ana121 it is the broadband connection that has dropped. Using a mobile connection run the Service Checker in the My Sky app if tgst tells you Skyvarexaware of a fault affecting your line you will need to becpatient until it is fixed which is usually impossible to know when thst will be.

 

If yhe checker either has not yet picked up your fault or simple says your hub cannot be contacted call Sky to report the fault so they can start the process of gettingbit fixed.
