Bad internet connection

My internet has been awful for the last three weeks. Extremely poor connection. Can't watch anything without it buffering.

@Solie19 have you run the service checker in the My Sky app as thst can identify if the issue is with the connection or slowxwifi in your home and givecsuggestions of how to fix the problem.
