Poor Internet speed

Running speed test online and only getting between 7 and 10mbps. Attempted to stream through plex app on my TV which is next to my router and have to nerf the video quality to avoid a constant buffer. Any ideas?

@Danglechums  What speed are you supposed to get between? Seeing from the router stats you are getting 34mb/s downstream and 9.1mb/s upload.

Trust it to be normal now haha. Past few weeks it has been horrendous. Even playing games online I have been having rendering issues. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the help mate.

@DanglechumsJust check the speed if it is lower than now come back and let us know. Post your router stats again so that the fourm can see this.  Plus run the broadband test to see if it picks up any faults.
