I have a sky q booster supplied by a sky engineer. It has lost connection and despite resetting everything we can't get the sky q mini to connect and the connected light on the booster is off.

Don't worry, the sky engineer sorted it yesterday. It turned out to be the main box was faulty and not connecting to anything including the booster.
