My land lane hasn't been working for around 2 weeks, I can't make or receive any calls. I've have gone through all the steps on the help page and it still doesn't work. Could someone please help me fix this asap as I regularly receive calls from hospitals/doctor regarding my ill husband and he has missed appointments due to them not being able to contact me. Please get back to me as a matter or urgency. Thank you.
