Payment

Hi I came across from Vodafone to sky and was told that you would pay the balance of my termination fee and Vodafone yesterday took the amount out of my bank as sky never fulfilled there word and paid it , sorry now I am contacting to to pay me this amount of money I have lost coming across to sky broadband, I have got the proof that I can send across to you !

@Shazza601 Once you have settled the bill with your previous provider first, This link explains how to apply for switch credit

Note switch credit is limited to £100 per service (service = tv or broadband)

the documents that need to be sent in pdf are a copy of your final bill clearly and separately identifying the termination charges and a copy of the statement showing it's been paid

This is a customer to customer portal, you need to contact Sky directly, 150 from a Sky Talk phone or one of the options offered on the Contact Us page, phone them, the chat is unhelpful for anything other than a general question.

Sky doesn't pay any fees to Vodafone as it up to you to pay this then you submit the relevant documents to claim up to £100 for the TV and £100 for Broadband.
