No WiFi

The WiFi keeps dropping out. I rand last week and a new router was supposed to be sent out to me . This problem has been going on for weeks. I have now upgraded to fibre but this is not available till the end of November. I work from home so what am I supposed to do ? . This is not good enough. Why hasn't my router been dispatched? Why am I having these problems all the time ?

As you are asking other customers only via here have you spoke to Sky and asked them about this if nothing shows here on your account:
