Unable to watch football on Amazon prime through a fire stick on the TV because the picture is constantly buffering. The same issue applies when watching films etc.
I'm supposed to have broadband boost but it is completely crap.
I never had this issue with a BT broadband router.
I regret moving over to sky, roll on the end of my contract.

I would like to have provided my stats but the link just stalled and went nowhere.
I've just tested my broadband speed using fing and the download speed was 2.95mbps.
Even the ping test took 600 ms, where the average with BT was less than 12.
