Hello I recently updated my broadband to sky broadband ultra fast and since then i cannot re connect my Arlo doorbell. I says it needs 2.4 ghz but i beleive my broadband is 5ghz. Any help very welcome 🙂

Seperate the wifi as below so you have 2 ssids and allocate the doorbell to the 2.4hz wifi

As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, the Sky Broadband Hub supplied for use with Ultrafast connections broadcasts the same network name (SSID) on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz: your broadband itself is neither of those.
