I have cancelled my Sky as I moved to another provider. On my last day of contract Sky will send me a labelled packaging to send back my router and booster. Unfortunately I will not be at home but abroad for over a month. When you send the labelled box for return, can you let the courier know that if there is nobody at home, they must deliver to my neighbour, Sam, at #38. Thank you.
otherwise, can you send for a delivery after the 2nd of September?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@The+Carnoys for your information this is primarily a customer helps customer forum not sky support but we can say
sky won't deliver to your neighbour or dispatch on a specific date
all you can do is return the equipment on your return using any packaging you have or call sky to request more packaging
make sure you obtain and keep indefinitely proof of postage as this will be required to claim back non return fees should they be applied
