Dear Sky
My PS5 has a problem with the connection - The router you're using might not support IP packet fragmentation, and some network features of your PS5 might be restricted. For details, contact the router manufacturer.
I tried to contact the Sky but they didn't help me at all. What should I do? I need it to be solved soon as possible.
Many thanks

Nope, other customers on here.
Is it actually giving an issue?
Can you change the MTU setting on the PS5? (The PS5 is attempting to send large packets)

From another forum:
The solution is probably to go into the network settings on the PS4 and lower the MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) from 1500 to 1492, and if that doesn't help then try 1472.

I did and it's still the same problem.

It's my first time getting this news this week, and it has never happened before. Some games work well, and some games play very slowly.

It looks like the Sky won't be helping me to solve the problem. Why didn't the sky technicians help me, a deaf person? Does it mean the sky technicians don't know how to fix it? We customers deserve to hear anything from the sky staff.

If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest registering with the the Sky Accessibility Service
Does it mean the sky technicians don't know how to fix it?
Quite possibly: Sky is a mass-market ISP and very unlikely to be able to offer specialist advice on an obscure topic.

Are you actually experiencing issues, or just seeing that message?
There must be many other PS5 users on Sky Broadband (which has around six million subscription households) and I don't recall any similar posts.
How is the console connected to your Sky Hub?

Yes, I have an issue with this; sometimes there is a delay whenever I play online gaming.
I don't know who can help me solve this problem.
