POV light red

Fibre installed today at 9 am today, worked while engineer was here, but the pov light on the ONT is red, have tried all the fix it guides on sky but still not working. Can anyone help? Thanks

Morning

A BT engineer came this morning and fixed it, the contractor hired to install hadn't done it properly, all fixed now which is great but I will be charged a £15 weekend call out fee by Sky, going to urge them not to charge me this fee, hopefully they will waive it
