Poor Wifi despite 'Health Check' saying all is fine

Wifi service is poor, intermittent, devices keep disconnecting. It has been an issue for a few days and is getting worse - now effecting my ability to work at home. Despite this the Sky Broadband 'Health Check' says all is fine, so don't know what to do. Can't get through to a human on the phone.
