I got ultrafast broadband installed on Wednesday and the connection keeps dropping to my devices.

I got new ultra fast broad band 3 days ago.

I have rung sky 3 days in a row and they are telling me it will settle down and wait. Or when I rang the speed as been good for those few minutes and they won't send out an engineer. I can connect to the WiFi but it either says there is no internet connection or it try's to get me to connect to connective WiFi. Tv is working fine and sky go also.

@Karen1003 upgrading go an Ultrafast service does not necessarily improve WiFi speedds in many homes. WiFi speeds depend on the layout, type of construction and level of interference in your home. For example  if you live in a property with solid internal walls speeds a few rooms away from the hub can be very poor. The samecis true in properties with three floors if the hub is in the ground flooor. Small fkats can have 10 or mire neighbour's WiFi in rsngecall potentially causing interference.

 

Therefore in many homes a single Sky hub is insufficent especially if you want to stream video or play games. Sky sell an add-on called WiFi Max shich is designed to address this problem by suplying upnto 3 extenders. However you can buy your own kitvwhich can work out cheaper in the longterm.

I have very good speed when it works. I could be sitting beside the router and do not have connection. It is down most of the time. The issue is not walls/i nterference. Lights are on on the router. Can't browse on my phone. TVs are working and these are the furthest items away. Rang sky 3 days in a row and it is ridiculous
