@Smittymagic1986 asduming the wires are not dangerous contact Sky if they are your provider they will talk to Openreach who actually own the cabling. They may or may bot do anything and if the owner of the tree declines to trim it things get complicated.

The tree is council owned hence the reason I got in touch with the council. They said I have to contact my provider which is sky.

If cabling is actually detached or, for example, could be snagged by a tall vehicle, it can be reported directly to Openreach
