I see that lots of customers are complaining about wifi cutting out we are suffering with this to. All we get is showing that good strong signal is getting to hub. So why are we getting bad wifi it's not fair when it costs so much and we don't get a good signal in house. Never get any proper help and never gets sorted. Not happy.....
When we get our new package of real fast fibre if there is not much difference then I will cancel regardless of what sky say or threaten. My solicitor will show them not fit for purpose, sky need to support their customers or they will have none left.
