Outage issue 2 days without service....thete better be a refund heading my way.
So apart from the fact I've only been with sky for 2 months. I can't even document the epic problems we've had. Biggest mistake I've made. I can't work out why this company is still in business. NOW AFTER TAKING TOO MUCH MONEY
(removed)
.WE HAVEN'T HAD SERVICE FOR 2 DAYS! BETTER BE SEEING A REFUND.

@MooBear123
The link already provided explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

@Mandeep5 you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Being off line continously for 2 days does not always generate compensation as the links already posted tells you. For example a fault that causes loss of connection which happens on a Friiday that Sky are aware of wont cause compensation to be payable unless it isnt fixed by following Wednesday - after two full working days after the report.
If you still believe youbshould be credited then call Sky.
