Yes out for 8 days in ferring cannot get hold of sky at all

Usually it goes off then after a few hours comes back on. Says it's fixed then goes off again. Have had 3 lots of mobile data added as compensation but still keeps happening. Lost service 6 times today so far. Can't speak to a human only a machine.

They should be in touch soon to start an online chat and hopefully they can tell you what is going on. Keep an eye on the forum where a chat icon should appear if you miss tge message,
