Outage in the area

No broadband TV or phone service. Been getting this message. There is an outage in the area. This has been happening on and off for around 3 weeks. Anyone else having this issue?

@Bella1968 three weks is an unusually long time for a line to be down for an area issue but not unknown. Have you spoken to Sky to see if they know what the cause is especially if the issues comes and goes?

Yes out for 8 days in ferring cannot get hold of sky at all

Usually it goes off then after a few hours comes back on. Says it's fixed then goes off again.  Have had 3 lots of mobile data added as compensation but still keeps happening. Lost service 6 times today so far. Can't speak to a human only a machine.

@Bella1968 I have escalated your pist to the Sky team who support the forum who are most definitely human and helpful. They should be in touch soon to start an online chat and hopefully they can tell you what is going on. Keep an eye on the forum where a chat icon should appear if you miss tge message,
