Our wifi says connected to our devices but is not working.

It currently doesn't work on any of our devices, TV and Phones included

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePlease try unplugging your router for 30mins, if it still doesnt work then run the line test again as it may prompt for an engineer after the hubs been offline. If not we can escalate your post to chat with a Sky rep.
