Can’t get in touch with sky customer person as I’ve tried calling many times but can’t get through…

Since Thursday / Friday we've had very poor broadband connection 

my son is revising for A-leval exam and my daughter works from home 

I tried testing my connection on sky app and it shows there's a problem in my area 

so I asked my neighbour if she's having same issue who's also with sky and was told by her they luckily haven't notice any issue with the speed or connection issue 

so I have been trying to get in touch with a live sky operator since Friday but no luck ... please help
