Our tv is not working, it would appear that a cable for the open reach has broken

Our sky glass is not working. The open reach cable has been accidentally broken. Is it possible to get a new se 0038 power cable?

@Andyp1 you need to talk to Sky so they can get the power cable for you. I have therefore escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
