I need a replacement sky WiFi cable (round, blue end connection) that fits it back of sky hub box. 

No more information to give. That's what I need,  OR TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON.

just rang your number ,got automated response, no good, did not include my option and was finally cut off when they sent a link. Useless customer service

If you ignore the part of the call that asks for your mobile number (don't enter it ) to send a link you can normally get through to customer services

Um, WiFi doesn't use cables?

Possibly an ethernet cable, I guess.
