Sky Broadband have made an appointment for a Sky Engineer but the problem, as before, is an Openreach problem after Openreach replaced cable(s) in our area - how can I phone Sky ?

@Wiston if you have a phone connected to yout brosdband dial 150 for a free call. Otherwise call any Sky customer services number starting 03 as thry all,connect to the same IVR system the forum prevents posting of numbers

. Some Sky engineers are authorised by Openreach to work on their lines up to the local distribution point so depending on the issue you might be getting the correct visit.

@Wiston
