Sky Max Hub - constant purple light but internet works

It used to be white for a long time but past few months it's constant purple. The internet works fine I believe as the Sky Service Checker done tests and says so. OpenReach was here yesterday to install full-fibre and the engineer said that it looks like there is a problem with the hub. I looked at what the lights mean on Sky's Help (https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/sky-broadband-equipment/sky-hub/lights-on-my-sky-hub/articles/hub... but there is no purple light explanation. Has anyone experience this?

Are you sure its purple & not blue perhaps?

Could you maybe post a picture of the light in the forum?

According to OpenReach - might be problem with Router. Maybe an issue with the LED light as the internet does work? Though, I do have connectivity issues now and again.
