After a lomg saga, the entire property hardwired.
Sky engineer came out and advised a colleague has had the same
issues ( orange voice light coming on / voice / internet lights coming on) amd service stopping.
Turns out its the fiber wall socket ( fitted by bt openreach) , i was sceptical but since his visit there have been 9 occasions where service has stopped ( last night being the most recent) by rebooting rhe wall socked ( power off/on) evwrything has come back,
Sonit wasnt the hub......
have emailed sky but not expecting much of a response, its a ' known issue' have asked for the wall socked to be replaced
will see what happens.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ianwoodward no point in emailing Sky unless the engineer gave you a specific link as they do not offer support by email. Either give them a call or post again and ask that a forum superuser escalates your post.
