Broadband/internet

Hi 

I've had no internet for nearly 2 weeks. 
I've have done all the online checks, got a new router, reset it, switched it off. 

spoken with sky 5 times first time went through all the checks on the phone, second time a engineer came out and it worked for  3 days although had to be reset twice. Then went off completely. Rang sky again this was escalated to the tech team, no word so rang again and again told I've sent your details to the tech team,  asked to speak with a manager who said they would call us today at 10am - nothing. Also it's now 72 hours since the 4th call and not heard anything. 
How do you simply get a engineer to attend your home to fix it? 
We are paying for a service we are not receiving.

All be resolved now. Spoke with someone at sky who helped me enormously and sent a engineer out the next morning. It was a faulty box on the wall. Which has been replaced.
