Today operreach came to fit a gray box to the outside of the bungalow, but also ran a new wire from the telegraph pole to the box. Leaving the old copper in place.. so now two wires to bungalow old copper and new one.
I assume the new wire is the fibre. So why could not a hole though the wall to interior Openreach box on the same day ! My installation date is not till Dec 3rd required one hole to complete? Or have I got it all wrong, but two wires seem to indicate it's all but done ?
