Hi my name is [content removed] sky arranged for an open reach engineer who explained the fibre would be unsightly and would have to drill through all the walls as I was in the middle of renovating I asked what could I do he said I already have the other system for the wi fi I said ok go ahead with that he said he was the fibre engineer I would have to contact sky and arrange the other engineer , I must say he wasn't a good rep for fibre wi fi he really put me off
can you arrange for this to be done

Possibly this is referring to the use of FTTC (existing copper 'phone' cabling) for broadband delivery rather than FTTP ( new purely optical connection), but Sky typically won't provision using FTTC if FTTP is available locally.
