Open reach box

Just had open reach fit sky fibre . Two lights on the box are flashing red is this normal. Thanks

It's the ont box . Just rang sky they said it should be sorted tomorrow when open reach activate it . If that makes sense . Thanks

Sometimes Openreach install the equipment including the ONT ahead of your activation which is what appears to have happened here.
