Hi I've moved into a new house and the old owner took the ont box where can I get a replacement ont box please

The ONT's are coded and needs to be registered by a openreach broadband engineer.

Sky can only order a open reach broadband engineer on a fresh installation, or after the sky broadband is activation date has happened.

That was the case last week with another customer.

@Carolebrown1968  If you have ordered a home move or have broadband ordered for Sky and there is no ONT at the property this can be actioned on when activation has taken place.
