An engineer came out today as was having probs with sky glass and another puck
She changed the router as lights were not coming on and pit box next to tv.
She also connected am ethernet to nothing tvs and was all working fine but within 2 hrs it went down
Cannot even get any signal from downstairs and sky glass us stating no Internet but router is green have reset it not working please help as u am partial disabled up and down stairs trying to get this working is causing so much pain
