ORANGE lights on router

Got orange lights on Internet and voice, I've turned it on/off twice, I've unplugged the line, I've pressed reset and nothing is working, still orange lights. This isn't the first time this stupid crap has happened, normally on/off works. This is the first time nothing has helped.

It could be maintenance that is taking place so if it is still down during the day then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
