Yes i'm the same and have rebooted the hub twice

Yes our internet connection has stopped suddenly

The line test in the my sky app said the connection to the hub was ok, which clearly wasn't true as the hub UI said "disconnected". I was curious if the line test actually did anything so unplugged the hub and ran it again - sure enough, "the connection to your hub is ok"..

Same here, it's been **bleep** for a couple of hours now but no sign of life, we live near Dingwall also.

Literally me right now, reset Off/on, unplugged for 5 seconds, nothing. First time turning it off and on again hasn't worked

Internet dropout started around an hour ago. WiFi connection nworks with green light on hub.  Just no internet light on hub. Got onto Sky website via my mobile phone/sim card (network) data.  Tried all troubleshooting steps on sky webpage, disconnecting and reconnecting cables, resetting Sky hub, but still no internet. 

 

My phone line has the usual tone, but unable to dial in or dial out.

 

Tried troubleshooting via Windows Network Diagnostics andr Poblems found:

You might need to sign up with this network's internet service provider (ISP) to get access to the Internet.
