Non Sky Service

I tested my Broadband & was informed that there was a "Non Sky Service" running but since our only provider is SKY, I can't even think about what the service is, nevermind identify it. Could you help me pinpoint. Thank you, in advance.

have you recently changed to Sky broadband? Other possibilities are using a VPN or perhaps using an Apple product when testing and the Apple security software (Private Relay maybe) getting in the way.

Re: Non Sky Service

Thank you for your response. There are Apple devices in the house (not mine) so I have no idea what the perpetrator is up to. I shall investigate. Thanks again. 👍
