No wifi internet

I discovered my wifi internet is not working, I have reset and still not having internet. I ran a test and shows everything is fine, meanwhile nothing is fine as we still don't have internet network.

@Olusanyats  Can you please run the latter part of the directions below after running the service checker.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I believe there is an outage. But Sky aren't doing a great job or handling it. They told me it could take up to 2 days to be fixed.

@auntyramous  That is because when there is an outage it is down to Openreach who are the network provider for the whole of the UK infrastructure.
