My broadband was cut off as I missed a payment. I've cleared the outstanding, set up dd again and everything seems like it should be active. Tests show that it is active but getting no upload/download data in the admin panel. In addition, when I go into my bills section it says that no schedule payment received and that there is an outstanding balance of 0.00. Not sure if this is related.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tarkan Might be better to give Sky a call to confirm this, rather than going around in circles trying to fix something that is not there.
