No wifi connection

Nextfibre have been in our street putting new cables in, all the cables were cut on Thursday, some have now been restored but ours is still off, phone says check cable and there's no wifi, even though I've ran the tests through the app and it says everything is OK. I've tried turning the moden off and back on 2 green lights are on but internet light is off and nothing will connect.
