Good evening.
we have run a test on our internet but for some reason everything looks ok but some of our systems have lost communication to there apps.
Please can to run a test and result our system for your side

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MJN1981 you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You can run the connection test yourself by logging into the My Sky app. The test for device connectivity is never that reliable so only take it as a guide and it is better to check on the device itself.
Do any apps work? If some do and some dont the issue is more likely to be with the setting on Broadband Shield as that will block things like What's app if set to the lowest age rating. Again use My Sky to alter tge setting. If no apps work check if the device has lost the WiFi connection.
